Services are available
during business hours.
In the event of an emergency, property owner and tenants are
provided with emergency contact numbers to call.
The MLI Group Inc. will use only licensed, bonded and insured companies to perform maintenance on your property.
Repairs estimated to cost more than $100.00 will not be conducted without property owner authorization, except emergency situations. Property Owners will be notified of any work conducted on their property.
All maintenance and repair costs will automatically be deducted from the owners operating account. In case of insufficient funds, The MLI Group will cover the remainder of the invoice and bill the property owner.
A lock out service is provided by The MLI Group Inc., free of charge to property owners.
