The MLI Group
Inc. will pay property bills and taxes on behalf of the
property owner as instructed, using
collected rents and operating deposits. All costs will be deducted from the
property owners operating account with The MLI Group.
The property owner is responsible for property bills mortgages and taxes in the event no funds are availble in their MLI Group Operating Account.
