Prior to Property Owner or Tenant arrival, the MLI Group will clean your property, make beds, set thermostat and turn on electronics as instructed by the Property Owner.
Upon Property Owner or Tenant departure, The MLI Group will wash linens, turn off electronics, set thermostat and clean property as instructed by owner.
It is our intention to "turn over" the property in a manner that best suits the needs of the Property Owner. All instructions and cleaning will be conducted with diligence.
