A: Nothing. We will market your property until we can rent it to a qualified tenant.

A: Yes, the amount is deducted from the first months rent and deposited into your operating account.
Q: What kind of experience in property management do you have?
A: All of our Property Managers have previous experience in Management or are trained to our standard of management. All Property Managers are Licensed Real Estate Agents and maintain a high professional standard and work ethic in the industry.
