While conducting Initial Property
Inspections, The MLI Group will take note of what your
property needs to be in accordance with state law in order to
rent your property.
Examples of items needed to rent your property are: fire extinguisher, thermostat cover(s), etc...
All potential observed legal issues will be reported to the property owner immediately. No work to bring the property up to code will be conducted without property owner authorization, except in an emergency.
