Inc. 24/7 Maintenance Services are available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, 365 days a year.
The MLI Group Inc. will use only licensed, bonded and insured companies to perform maintenance on your property.
Any maintenance costing more than $100.00 will require property owner authorization, unless it is an emergency situation.
All maintenance and repair costs will automatically be deducted from the owners deposit. In case of insufficient funds, The MLI Group will cover the remainder of the invoice and bill the property owner.
A lock out service is provided by The MLI Group Inc., free of charge to property owners.
