Rent Collection-

The MLI Group Inc. is available to collect rent and correspondence with tenants.

Rent collection from tenants is included for free in Service Package 2 and is available in other packages for a small fee.

Once rents are collected, they are deposited into the property owners account with us.

Property owners can have rent money sent directly to them after it is paid, or stored in their MLI Group account.
